Q:  How do I initiate an exchange request if I live in the U.S.?

A: Log in to the Brooks Brothers ordering portal and click “Return items” to be guided through the exchange process. Click here to see a step-by-step guide. Pack your items in a box or bag. You can use your own packaging or the box the garments came in. Bring the package to your closest FedEx office or retail location (not a drop box). You can search for the closest location on the ordering portal.

 

Remember to submit your exchange request online and return your garment to FedEx by May 12 or within 90 days of the date your garment was shipped, whichever is later. Brooks Brothers will send an email when your exchange ships. You can also see the status of your exchange on the Brooks Brothers’ site. We appreciate your patience with getting your exchange due to the high volume of launch kit and exchange shipments.

 

Q: How do I make an exchange if I live outside the U.S.?

A: Follow the steps for domestic returns outlined above. Additionally, a commercial invoice and Foreign Shipper’s Declaration of U.S. Goods document form will be generated. Print out three copies each of these documents.
