Launch Kit Alterations
Last updated: December 13, 2025
| Q: How do I make alterations? |
A: A new program through Worksmith will be launching in early 2025. The program will give a $150 credit to use for alterations on certain new uniform pieces from tailors in the preferred network.* Please use this new program for your alteration needs.
| Q: How can I learn about the alteration guidelines regarding the new uniform? |
| A: To ensure that you are compliant with the new uniform program standards, please review the alteration guidelines and share with your tailor. |
| Q: When does my $150 launch credit expire? |
| A: Your $150 launch credit is valid through December 31, 2025. Unused credit will not roll over. |
| Q: Can I recommend my preferred tailor who is not in the Worksmith network? |
A: You can recommend a tailor to become part of the Worksmith network by contacting the Worksmith customer service team at 512-729-1651 or via email at united@worksmith.com. Worksmith will reach out to your tailor to bring them in network, however, there is no guarantee that every recommended tailor will be added.
| Q: There is not a Worksmith tailor in network within 20 miles of my location, what do I do? |
A: If you search for a Worksmith tailor and your zip code does not have any options in network, Worksmith will automatically look to source tailors in your area. Worksmith will work to find a solution within two weeks. If you do not have a vendor within 20 miles of your local zip code and need alterations, you may utilize a local tailor or dry-cleaning service for alterations and submit the expense via Concur for up to $150. Your Worksmith credit will be updated based on the amount reimbursed. If you are not familiar with submitting an expense report through Concur, check out the guides and resources available on Flying Together.
| Q: I am based internationally, how do I make alterations? |
A: If you are based internationally (except for GUM and LHR), you can have alterations made to your launch garments and submit for reimbursement on Concur. Alteration expenses up to $150 USD will be approved.
If you are not familiar with submitting an expense report through Concur, check out the guides and resources on Flying Together. |
| Q: What if my launch alterations exceed $150? |
A: You are responsible for any costs beyond the $150 credit. If using a Worksmith tailor, you can still take advantage of the preferred pricing but will be responsible for payment. |
