Vendors have the ability to connect with the client directly via the Contact Client box, which outlines messaging & available phone numbers for the client on an opportunity card.
The messaging box becomes available when a response is submitted on an On-Demand opportunity, or upon receipt of an Emergency opportunity. It can also be found on your Recurring Services tab to communicate with clients on recurring tasks.
Use this tool as your primary resource to discuss the scope of work, scheduling, negotiation, etc. However, please make sure to always confirm pricing & scheduling in portal to ensure proper invoicing.
