When reviewing an estimate, a client is able to Request a Revision from the vendor. This tool allows clients to provide feedback on vendor responses.
As a vendor, you will receive an email notification when a client Requests a Revision. Any revisions can also be reviewed on your Dashboard, Needs Attention section. The status Revision Requested will show, open the opportunity by selecting Take Action. Utilize the Contact Client box to further discuss the feedback, and the Edit Estimate tool to make any necessary adjustments.
