Service Level Agreements or SLAs are put in place to measure a vendor's performance. Vendors are required to meet the following SLAs to be considered for new opportunities.
- Respond to new one-time or recurring opportunities by submitting a walkthrough, estimate, Clarifying Scope of Work, or decline within 24 hours of receipt
- Respond to emergency opportunities by submitting a walkthrough, estimate, or decline within 2 hours of receipt
- Complete and mark all services in the Worksmith Platform complete within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
