You must use a Chrome browser to access Worksmith. If you are using Chrome and still are experiencing issues logging in, it might be something called "cookies' that have expired from our site.
You can reset these by clicking on this link https://vendors.worksmith.com/logout from a computer with the Google Chrome browser. Try clearing all of your cookies by going to the History tab on top, select Show Full History > Clear All Browsing Data, then ensure the cookies and cached data options are selected.
