Once a Change Order is submitted it is sent to the client pending review. A client can either Accept or Decline the change order, once their response is submitted the vendor will receive a notification.
If Accepted, work with the client to reschedule a time on-site to complete the additionally approved work. You can then mark the job Complete for the full approved amount.
If Declined, utilize the Contact Client box to discuss questions/concerns with the client. You can Edit the Change Order by going to the Change Order details section on the opportunity card and selecting the Actions drop-down if negotiations are made. If confirmed the client does not want to proceed, you may mark the opportunity complete for the cost incurred.
