Once your Walkthrough or Estimate/Bid has been accepted by the client, the opportunity enters the Scheduling Status.
Vendor and/or client can initiate scheduling by submitting their availability, the other party can then accept, or counter the availability. This process continues until availability is agreed upon and the opportunity is Scheduled.
- Navigate to your Dashboard tab located in the left column. Locate the desired opportunity and click on Take Action to see further detail and review your calls to action at the top of the page.
- If the client has proposed availability: Review the Clients Availability at the top of the page, select a proposed date & time of arrival, or Propose a Different time and Submit.
- If you are the first to propose availability: Outline date & time of arrival Preferences 1 and 2 and Submit. This will be sent to the client for review.
Once availability is agreed upon by both parties, the vendor will receive an email confirmation and the opportunity will update to the Scheduled Status. Scheduled jobs can be reviewed on your Calendar tab.
