If you have a concern about a job that has taken place, please raise a concern on the job within 48 hours of the job being complete. You can do so by navigating to the completed request page, Under the completed details, you will see a blue link to Raise a Concern. A pop up box will appear requesting details.
You can also raise a concern on the vendor rating pop up window. Click the link Raise a Concern in the lower left corner.
If there is a job on your invoice that you would like to contest, email accounting@worksmith.com within your net-30 payment terms. Our Accounting team will work with the appropriate team(s) to investigate the contested job.
We ask that you pay the remainder of the invoice while we invested the contested job, because this allows Worksmith to pay the rest of your vendors for their work during that time period.
