Direct Vendor Communication
We encourage you to reach out directly to the vendor with questions or issues about a request. This is the quickest way to solve any issues. To speak to a vendor about a job, go to the individual request page and expand the box with the vendor name to find the chat box.
Worksmith Support Team
To handle vendor, job request and/or platform issues that can’t be solved directly with the vendor, submit a support ticket by navigating to the Help Center. In the top right corner of the Help Center, you will see a link that says Contact Support. Fill out a few basic questions and hit submit and a member of our team will assist.
You can also notify the Worksmith team by clicking the blue Actions button in the top right corner of an individual request page. Select I need Worksmith's help to access the same support ticket form mentioned above.
