If the agreed upon day and time does not work any longer and you need to submit a new schedule, navigate to the request page. You will find a link below the agreed upon day and time titled Request to Reschedule. You will then see a pop up window to provide a new date and time.
If the agreed upon day and time passes and the job does not get completed, the request page will show the schedule as expired and require a new schedule to be submitted.
If the vendor has requested to reschedule the job, you will find a link on the Home page labeled Jobs to Reschedule. You can also navigate to the Schedule Changes link on the left navigation menu to view these requests as well. You must respond to the vendor's request to reschedule by approving or submitting a different availability to complete the job.
