You must use a Chrome browser to access Worksmith. If you are using Chrome and still are experiencing issues logging in, it might be something called "cookies' which have expired from our site.
You can reset these by clicking on this link https://clients.worksmith.com/#/logout from a computer with the Google Chrome browser. Try clearing all of your cookies by going to the "History" tab on top, select "Show Full History," then select "Clear all browsing data" and then ensure the cookies and cached data options are selected.
