Once the first service has been scheduled, navigate to the Service Line - Location page you need to manage by clicking the Recurring Service left navigation link, select the service line and then select the location. While on this page, you can:
Reschedule or cancel an upcoming job
Scroll to the schedule of upcoming jobs. Click the Actions drop down next to the service you'd like to reschedule. Select a new date and time to complete the job. The vendor will need to confirm the new schedule or submit an alternative.
Request a new recurring schedule or frequency
Change the frequency or day of the week of recurring service by clicking the blue Actions button toward the top of the page and select Request New Recurring Schedule. Fill out the day and time you'd like the new schedule to start and update frequency if necessary. Your vendor will need to approve the new schedule or propose a different option before the new option begins.
Raise a concern about the service or vendor
If you run into any issues with a recurring service, notify Worksmith by clicking the blue Actions button toward the top of the page and select Raise a Concern. In the pop up window, provide as much detail as possible about your concern. A Worksmith team member will reply to you with next steps.
