Set an NTE (Not To Exceed) limit for on-demand estimates per service line. When a request is submitted, Worksmith will automatically approve the incoming estimate from your vendor if the estimate falls within your set NTE. The job will then immediately move to the scheduling phase.
All estimates outside the set NTE amount will require your team to approve the estimate on the platform. You will be notified to do so.
NTEs must be set in partnership with Worksmith. To set NTEs, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@worksmith.com. NTEs can be viewed by selecting the profile icon in the top right corner and select Approval Settings.
