Should a job be marked complete by a vendor that is not to your satisfaction, you can choose to Raise a Concern in the Worksmith portal. When logging into Worksmith, use the homepage to navigate to Jobs Completed in Last Week. Here you'll find a list of all walkthroughs and jobs that have been completed. Select the job that you are not satisfied with so that a pop out appears to the right. Click the Actions button and select Raise Concern. Provide a detailed explanation of why the concern is being raised.
This information is sent to the Worksmith Support Team who will review the information and address next steps. Be on the lookout for email follow ups as any updates will come via email.
If a concern is raised within 48 hours of being marked complete, the invoicing will be paused until the concern is raised. This means you will not be charged until the Worksmith team has confirmed with both parties that the issue is resolved.
