Once a vendor has marked a job complete, the client users have 48 hours to sign off on the job to confirm that the job was completed as the vendor indicated. This can be useful if you need the local users to confirm the vendors information while managing the account from afar.
When the vendor marks a job complete, an email notification will be sent to all users notifying of the job completion (ensure your email notifications are turned on for completed jobs). Login to your Worksmith portal and use the home page to navigate to the Jobs Awaiting Your Sign Off header. Click the heading to navigate to the page with all jobs eligible for sign off. Click the right arrow of the job you'd like to review. In the pop out window, click the Actions button and select Sign off on job. This will capture the time stamp and user at the time of sign off.
