A one-time or Recurring job becomes Past Due 24 hours after the scheduled date. At this point, the job is out of SLA compliance and can be found in the following places. Make sure you are taking the appropriate next steps to clear your Past Due jobs.
Locate Past Due jobs on your Dashboard under your Need Attention section. Past Due jobs can be identified by a Red Past Due Visit alert and can be Filtered for. They may also be found on your Calendar tab, or your Recurring Services > Past Due tab for recurring services.
To address, select Take Action and proceed to either Mark the job Complete, Reschedule, or Open a Change Order to remove the opportunity from Past Due.
