Vendors have the ability to propose a new recurring schedule in the portal with the client. Please note that any pricing changes as a result of frequency changes will need to be approved through Worksmith by the client.
- Navigate to the Recurring Services tab located on the left column. Locate the desired job under Upcoming Visits. The job may also be outlined under Past Due Visits if 24 hours have passed since the scheduled date.
- Click on the Actions drop-down to the right of the corresponding job
- Click on Request New Recurring Schedule. Outline your new frequency and availability of service, and Submit.
- The rescheduling has been initiated and sent to the client for review. The client will have the option to accept the proposed schedule or counter with different availability.
TIP: All pending Recurring Service reschedulings can be viewed on your Recurring Services > Rescheduling page.
