Vendors have the ability to connect with the client directly via the Contact Client box, which outlines messaging & available phone numbers for the client on the Recurring Services page. Access the box by:
- Navigating to your Recurring Services tab located on the left column.
- Click on the Message the Client link on any of the tasks to be brought to the Service Details page where you can initiate new contact, or review previous messaging with the client.
Use this tool as your primary resource to discuss directly with the client. However, please make sure to always confirm any scheduling changes in the portal to ensure proper invoicing.
