A task represents a single scheduled job that is part of a Recurring Service. A task becomes Past Due, and out of compliance, 24 hours after its scheduled date.
As a reminder, all jobs, including recurring jobs, must be marked complete within 24 hours of the scheduled date to meet your Time to Completion Service Level Agreement.
- Navigate to the Recurring Services tab located on the left column. Locate the desired job under Past Due Visits.
- To the right of the corresponding job, you will have the option to Mark Complete or use the Actions dropdown to reschedule or Cancel the task if it didn't happen.
