A task represents a single scheduled job that is part of a Recurring Service. The vendor and/or the client can initiate Rescheduling by submitting new availability on a previously Scheduled task. The other party can then accept, or counter the availability.
This process continues until a new availability is agreed upon and the task is Scheduled.
- Navigate to the Recurring Services tab located on the left column. Locate the desired job under Upcoming Visits. The job may also be outlined under Past Due Visits if 24 hours have passed since the scheduled date.
- Click on the Actions drop-down to the right of the corresponding job
- Click on Request New Visit Time. Outline your new availability, and submit.
- The rescheduling has been initiated and sent to the client for review. The client will have the option to accept the proposed schedule or counter with different availability.
